Privacy Policy

Vibes Arena is operated by Vibes on Vibes ("VOV", "we"). This draft describes what the proof-of-concept collects and why.

Demo Mode

When the app runs without a connected backend, everything you do (profile, scores, votes, comments and uploaded videos) is stored only in your own browser using local storage and IndexedDB. Nothing is sent to VOV. Clearing your browser data, or choosing Reset demo data, deletes it.

Connected Mode

  • Account data: email address (for sign-in), username, country, avatar choice and favourite artists.
  • Activity: game results, XP, votes, predictions, comments, follows, blocks and reports.
  • Creator uploads: videos you submit, their titles and captions, and the permissions you choose.

Data is stored with our database and hosting providers (Supabase and Vercel). We use it to run the games, show leaderboards, moderate content and, only where you give separate permission, consider your entry for VOV channels.

Your rights

You can edit your profile, delete your comments and remove your entries at any time. To delete your account or request a copy of your data, contact the VOV team. Final contact details and lawful bases (UK GDPR, PIPEDA, NDPA and applicable US state laws) are to be confirmed during legal review.

Age

Vibes Arena is intended for people aged 18 and over during the proof-of-concept phase.
